All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Post. Shipping is based upon weight of order plus a service fee of £0.87, packaging costs of £0.40 and Recorded Delivery Fee of £0.70 All items have been given actual (actual weight of item not wrapped for posting) weights in grms. All weights are added up in the checkout, the relevant charge is made automatically.
If an order cannot be delivered the Post Office will keep it for seven days, after that it will be returned to us. Please note that any returned packages will require further postage payment before they can be re-sent.
Please select items carefully, we do not offer refunds or exchange for change of mind, only on damaged items or wrong orders. Goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition within seven days. Products cannot be returned once they have been opened. Please send an e-mail to us before you return the goods indicating the reason for the return. Please wrap the package securely. We will notify you by e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Return postage will only be refunded if goods are faulty, in an unsatisfactory condition or sent in error.
